ROAD(the Directory of Open Access scholarly Resources) and Legal Research Development

ROAD is a service offered by the ISSN International Centre with the support of the Communication and Information Sector of UNESCO.Launched in December 2013, ROAD provides a free access to those ISSN bibliographic records which describe scholarly resources in Open Access: journals, monographic series, conference proceedings, academic repositories and scholarly blogs. ROAD is in line with the actions of UNESCO for promoting Open Access to scientific resources. ROAD is complementary to the Global Open Access Portal (GOAP) developed by UNESCO and providing a snapshot of the status of Open Access to scientific information around the world.
The Journal “Legal Research Development” is available in the ROAD Directory such contained information may tracked directly through the Portal of ISSN itself in a self-explanatory way to author(s), Researchers and audience. Check and verify here.

Complaint handling Committee(CHC) and the Journal

The Journal always make sure to adopt a good academic procedure and dealing with the received complaint(s) to the Journal/Publisher level committee which is called “Complaint handling Committee(CHC)” aforementioned committee shall consist a knowledgeable person(s)/member who has knowledge to deal with such complaint(s)/or request. Or has a member of academic institution or has been or has a Dean/Professor/Assistant Professor/Associate Professor or hold(s) any academic post in any institution or university. Such requested complaint shall be called “Direct Complaint” for dealing/handling purpose(s) at the end of the committee and the person who made complaint or request or grievance shall be deemed to be the “request maker” for all purpose(s) herein mentioned.
“Direct Complaint” may be requested at: office@welfareuniverse.com
Appellate Authority
After expiry of 30 Day(s) “The Request maker” if feels unsatisfied may address the “Appeal” to the “Appellate Authority” by mentioning in subject line “Appeal for Complaint handling Committee(CHC)” to office@welfareuniverse.com Such appeal shall be dealt by the “Editor Chief of the Journal” and Editor Chief of the Journal at any stage or at any point of time it appears that such request shall be dealt by the mentioned authority may by suo moto call or deal with such request before coming to the appeal.

Helsinki Initiative on Multilingualism in Scholarly Communication has been prepared by the Federation of Finnish Learned Societies (TSV), the Committee for Public Information (TJNK), the Finnish Association for Scholarly Publishing, Universities Norway (UHR) and the COST Action "European Network for Research Evaluation in the Social Sciences and the Humanities" (ENRESSH).

The Declaration on Research Assessment (DORA) and Legal Research Developement

Now the Journal is officially signatory of The Declaration on Research Assessment (DORA). The Declaration on Research Assessment (DORA) recognizes the need to improve the ways in which researchers and the outputs of scholarly research are evaluated.
The idea to write the declaration was developed in 2012 during at the Annual Meeting of the American Society for Cell Biology in San Francisco. It has become a worldwide initiative covering all scholarly disciplines and all key stakeholders including funders, publishers, professional societies, institutions, and researchers.
